Can I order a custom size?
Yes. The product page offers listed sizes and a custom-size option. Enter the dimensions and check the live price before adding to cart.
Are eyelets included?
You choose the fixture layout. Options include eyelets at 500 mm intervals, in the corners, at the top corners, or no fixtures.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. Ask our team if you don't have print-ready artwork. We'll confirm the design and proof process after the order is placed.
When will it be ready?
Timing depends on the configuration, approved artwork and delivery location. Production starts only when both payment has been made and the final proof has been approved. If you have a fixed event date, ask us to confirm feasibility first.
Does PVC10 apply automatically?
No. Enter PVC10 in the coupon field at checkout and confirm the saving before payment.
